Mike is passionate about giving back to his community, and he is an active member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 18545, and volunteers with the Cedar Lake Conservancy. He is also a 10u hockey coach for the Northern Lakes Lightning.
Personal Life
Mike and his wife Erin live on Cedar Lake in Aitkin, Minnesota, in the heart of the Greater Brainerd Lakes Area, where his family has resided for five generations. Mike and Erin are proud parents to three daughters—Macey, a busy teenager, and Lainey and Riley, middle-school-aged twins. When he’s not spending time with his family at the lake or at their various activities or coaching his girls’ hockey team, Mike is often found in the great outdoors. He especially enjoys time at the “Ryan hunting shack” or the fishing cabin on Rainy Lake, snow skiing, and snowmobiling. He is also an avid cook and reader, continually studying the next great book on business, investing, or thought leadership.

With more than 20 years of experience, Wes focuses on helping clients achieve their investment goals by designing custom strategies that reflect their values and vision of success. He enjoys working with successful business owners and families, and he takes a comprehensive approach to wealth management by partnering with clients’ attorneys and accountants. He specializes in business valuations, succession planning, tax mitigation strategies, legacy planning, and 401(k) plan consulting, and his mission is to guide clients toward optimal outcomes that endure for generations.

Community Involvement
Wes is a committed member of the greater Aitkin community, having spent time serving numerous boards and organizations. He is an assistant softball coach, and he is active within the Knights of Columbus, Council 18545.
Personal Life
Wes and his wife Rebecca live in Aitkin with their children Grace, Lydia, and John. They are an active family, and Wes enjoys cheering on his kids at all their extra-curricular activities. In his free time, you can often find him outdoors, whether on the lake or in the woods going after whitetail deer.

Jennifer is grateful to be part of a family dedicated to education and community. Her husband Daryl has spent nearly 30 years as an enthusiastic elementary-school teacher and coach, inspiring students and athletes to discover the joy of learning and achieving success. Together, Jennifer and Daryl enjoy supporting school events and initiatives that bring families together and strengthen the community.
Personal Life
Jennifer is happiest when spending time with her husband Daryl and their three boys. Whether she’s in the gym cheering on her sons at a basketball game, traveling to her childhood home on the Whitefish Chain to fish, or visiting Daryl’s family farm in Bagley for four-wheeling, duck hunting, or deer hunting, Jennifer treasures every moment spent with family. She finds joy in the simple things, like sharing a meal and laughter with friends and family, trying out a new recipe, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Personal Life
Outside of Triton Wealth, William spends most of his time outdoors with his wife Courtney. When they’re not on Cedar Lake fishing or surfing, they enjoy golfing, fitness, cooking wild game, and making memories with family and friends.
Laura Odegaard
Laura appreciates excellent client experience and delivering the same. She enjoys listening and understanding client’s needs, asking curious questions, and making a positive impact in client’s lives. Laura has over 30 years of diverse business management experience, including 16 years in the financial services industry.
Laura graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and holds life, annuity, and health insurance licenses.
After spending many summer weekends “up north” on Clear Lake near Aitkin, MN, Laura, and her husband Brett moved up to the Aitkin area where they have lived for over 20 years. In her free time Laura enjoys exercising their three dogs, boating, biking, golf, pickleball, more pickleball and then a lot more pickleball.
Karlie Babinchak
Karlie serves as a Client Relations Associate, bridging the gap between comprehensive financial planning and exceptional client care. With over a decade of experience in high-touch client service roles, she brings a relationship-first approach to every interaction.
Since joining Triton, Karlie has focused on enhancing the client experience by streamlining processes, supporting account operations, and ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and supported. While her professional background prior to Triton was rooted outside the financial industry, her extensive experience as a first point of contact, answering questions, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships, has translated seamlessly into her role.
Known for her personable nature, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail, Karlie is dedicated to delivering efficient, high-quality service with a personal touch.
Outside of work, Karlie enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with her family. In June 2025 she relocated to Aitkin from North Dakota and is enjoying getting to know the community. She is getting married in August 2026 and is excited to become a stepmom to two daughters. Together, she and her fiancé stay busy with activities and enjoy making memories at the lake, camping, and exploring the outdoors with their goldendoodle.
